1987	July	Authorized by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation as the sales agent for products including semiconductors, floppy disk drives, cathode-ray tubes, etc; also acted as sales agent for the OPTREX LCD products, Opto-semiconductors of Hamamatsu PhotonicsK.K, and Sony batteries of Sony Battery Division.


	August	Obtained the approval to be founded and registered as KORYO CO., LTD, the authorized capital and the paid-in-capital was NT$2 million and NT$1 million, respectively. Major business were production and import/export of computers, computer peripherals, electronic parts and components, import/export of electric appliances and components such as TV sets and air conditioners and acted as agent for related products of domestic and international companies on sales, bid and quote (excluding futures).
	December	The capital increment in cash was NT$4 million, and the paid-in-capital increased to NT$5 million.
